We know the two men are barbers who presided over a shop in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. Pat Donoghue and Mike [?] cut hair for many years at the shop. The photo was published in the Hill Rag during 1990, but we're still looking for additional information about when it might have been taken. Please contact us if you can help.
